A Cruise: A Great Way To Stay Out Of The Kitchen

My family just returned from a seven day cruise to the Southern Caribbean. Each day, we stopped at a different location. We flew into San Juan, PR and our first stop was St. Thomas, then to Dominica, Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, and finally to St. Kitts. They were all beautiful islands and each offered their own unique style and charisma.

The best part about the cruise was that I never had to think about what I was going to make for dinner. All meals were amply provided to each family on the cruise. The only challenge I had to make was selecting from the menu which appetizer and main course I was going to eat. I didn’t worry about my family not liking my selection because there was something on the menu for everyone. The food was good and everyone was satisfied. It was a perfect situation for me and my family.
