A Recipe For Salmon In Parchment

A gentleman from my husband’s office asked for my recipe for salmon. Apparently, he plans to cook it for the weekend. My best recipe (and the easiest–not to mention, very healthy) is salmon in parchment. As you may already know, I do not use specific measurements.  I pretty much base the amount used on my personal taste.  For those who are new to making this dish, I found a recipe very similar to mine from allrecipes.com.  You will not only be able to see how to make it, they also have the recipe for preparing it yourself.  The ingredients used are below.  This is very tasty.  Try it and let me know how it works for you.  After you make this dish once, add your own personality to it.  Make it your own and make it often!

Here is the basic ingredients for the dish:

4 (4 ounce) wild salmon fillets
3 teaspoons olive oil
4 (12 inch) squares of parchment paper
1 blood orange, sliced into rounds
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 lime, sliced into rounds
1 bunch fresh dill weed
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
