Flank Steak Is My New Quick Meat

I made a delicious sub sandwich yesterday. I had marinated my flank steak with seasoning (salt, pepper, smoked paprika and other herbs) and liquid smoke over night. When we came back from my son’s basketball tournament, I grilled it on my Cuisinart griller/Panini machine for about 4-5 minutes on each side. OMG!!!!!! Tasty! I sliced my French bread in half and added olive oil on it and toasted it in the oven until slightly brown. Once toasted, I added cheese and placed it back into the oven to melt. I added the sliced flank steak on top of the cheesey French bread and lettuce. My family enjoyed it. It was quick and easy. The only thing I had to do was take the time to marinade the meat beforehand. Other than that….easy, easy, easy. Try it. Add to your meal a small salad and some chips. Dinner!
